Audo Copenhagen offers a 30-day return policy for all unused furniture and home accessories in their original packaging. We strive to ensure your design experience is seamless, from initial selection to any necessary returns.
Initiate a Return
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the list of items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring all protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
